TJ Spencer serves as the Director of Operations for EA Elite Athletics, where his leadership ensures that every aspect of the organization runs with precision, efficiency, and purpose. From coordinating tryouts and managing rosters to overseeing communications and event logistics, TJ plays a critical role in shaping the athlete and family experience.
His journey in youth sports began in 2018 with the local recreational league, where he discovered a passion for helping build structured, competitive programs. By 2019, he transitioned into travel ball and has been deeply involved in the organizational side of elite youth sports ever since. In 2022, he expanded his impact at the high school level, supporting operations for two consecutive seasons.
Outside the world of athletics, TJ has served as a career firefighter since 2009—an experience that brings discipline, teamwork, and a cool-under-pressure mindset to everything he does. Known for his “go big or go home” attitude, TJ is the behind-the-scenes force that keeps EA Elite Athletics moving forward.
